The lower level of the Fitness Room has its own stretch area and is predominantly for cardio vascular exercise, with an impressive selection of step, running, cycling, rowing and cross training equipment. Plug in your headphones, choose what to watch on the 42inch flat plasma TV screens, and start working out!

The upper level, with plenty of natural daylight, has extensive stretch areas and a comprehensive selection of resistance equipment and Swiss balls.

Hennie Griesel, Fitness Manager, and his team of 30 professionally qualified trainers are on hand to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.

The gym floor is always managed by a team of fitness instructors. These team members are on hand to host the gym floor whilst also available to write programmes for members and advising on technique while you work out.
