The principle behind the Adult Studio Timetable is variety. A huge range of classes including cardiovascular, conditioning, pump, boxercise, yoga, tai chi, circuits and step ensure that there's something for everyone.

As well as individual classes a wide variety of courses are also offered, allowing members to progress and develop through the levels.
