Spinning Studio
Fancy Spinning?
The Harbour Club has a dedicated Spinning Studio, which can cater for 19 members in one class.
Spinning is a great cardiovascular work out for all levels of fitness. If you have never tried spinning the instructor will ensure you are set up on the bike correctly and spin at a pace comfortable to your fitness level.
Over 15 spinning classes are offered on the timetable throughout the week.
