John Spence, the brainchild and visionary for Karma Resorts, founded the concept from a gap he identified in the high end leisure resort market. John found that when travelling as a couple, with his family or friends, he could never find a product that offered top end lifestyle accommodations combined with a seamless service experience from his arrival right through to his departure.
John's extensive experience in resort development, particularly through the ownership of his current company, spanning 11 years, affords John worldwide credibility and a strong understanding of the concept, vision and materialization for Karma Resorts.
 In a bid to fill this niche corner of the market, Karma Resorts will offer guest's private, luxurious and spacious Villa accommodations. The Villas sit within a resort infustructure and the guest experience is both extensive and intimate. The Karma Resort concept is to provide a luxurious lifestyle based environment with all the trimmings of a world class Resort.
The entry room category for Karma Jimbaran is a two bedroom Villa. Guests can enjoy their surrounds in a spacious yet luxurious living area that opens up onto their courtyard garden with pool. The Villas master bedroom is a virtual indoor sanctuary, taking up the entire second floor of the villa. Located across from the pool on the ground floor, the second bedroom flows through an ensuite to a beautiful outdoor shower area.
Karma Jimbaran is the home to famed New York chef Raymond Saja who servers Modern Mediterranean cuisine in the cool but chic atmosphere of di Mare restaurant. The menu provides an accessible price point for all to enjoy some of the finest food in Bali. All villas have fully self contained kitchens equipped with SMEG appliances which allow guest's to cook for themselves or choose an in Villa dining experience with one of our personal chefs.
 The Villa selections include 2, 3 and 4 bedroom villas and the ultimate is the Grand Residence. The Residence boasts a 25 metre swimming pool, staff quarters, lounge sala, reading room, outdoor bathtubs and a view from the third story that sweeps over Jimbaran Bay, the south of Bali and takes in the beauty of the distant tower of Mount Agung.
Currently Karma Resorts is building in Kandara - Bali, Koh Samui - Thailand, Margaret River - Australia and the Seychelles. At each Resort, a comprehensive menu of guest experiences will be available both for internal and external activities covering cultural, romantic, sporting and family needs.
A romance experience that is set to become one the most loved is the Uluwatu Sunset Canapes and Cocktails.
Guests are collected from their Villa and will journey 20 minutes to the cliff tops of Uluwatu. The resort car with driver offers guests scented cold face towels, beverages and an ipod with up to 1000 songs for their personal selection of music. On arrival at Uluwatu the waiter greets the guests with scented cold face towels and guides them to a picnic set up in a traditional Balinese Bale.
Once pre-selected Champagne, Cocktails and Canapes are served, the guests are left to enjoy the beauty of the spectacular sunset in privacy.
As the day comes to an end with the sun slipping behind the horizon, guests are guided through a candlelit path to their waiting vehicle. On return to Karma Jimbaran the guest's bathroom is adorned with candles and a bath has been drawn in their favourite Karma bath scent range.
