Investment Project Update
We are nearing the final stages of the investment project and will soon be able to unveil our fabulous new adult facilities. These will include a total health clinic, spa, lap pool, heat experience and brand new changing rooms.
Mews of Mayfair becomes Centre Court at Wimbledon
25 June - 18 July
Mews of Mayfair Bar and Restaurant, will be celebrating this year�s Wimbledon tournament in style. For the duration of the two week event the ground floor cocktail bar and outside cobbled courtyard will be transformed to look like Wimbledon Centre Court.

Kinesis Courses
Starting Tuesday 17 & Thursday 19 July
Following superb reviews, the Kinesis courses will remain a key feature of the Fitness Room programme. The courses will run for 6 weeks and are designed to take members from a very basic level to full competence on the Kinesis equipment. Please be aware that this is not a class, we are asking participants to commit to 6 weeks worth of training, all complimentary within your membership. Courses run every Tuesday morning at 10.00 and Thursday evening at 18.30. Book at the Fitness Desk to avoid disappointment.
Running Club

A Free Introductory Trial to Pilates

Do you suffer from back pain or have poor posture? If the answer is yes, why not try Pilates. Pilates strengthens the core, improves flexibility and alignment, which in turn helps improve your sports performance and ease the everyday stresses on your body. Children�s Swimming Squads
Starting 3 September
We are pleased to introduce Squad Teams for children who want to take their swimming to a more competitive level. The Squads will run for the full 14 weeks of term and start week commencing 3 September through to 10 December. It will enable the children to meet friends on a regular basis and take part in fun team challenges.
